Simple answers, before your first clean.
Where does Foamy wash cars?
Foamy subscriptions serve villas in Arabian Ranches 3, Dubai. One-time inside-and-out washes also serve eligible Dubai villas within our approved driving radius, normally around 30 to 35 minutes without traffic. Towers and apartment buildings are outside our launch service.
Do I need to be at home?
No. Your car needs to be at the agreed villa with working water and electricity within 10 metres. For an interior clean, arrange access to the car in advance. Our technicians never drive or reposition your vehicle.
How does a subscription work?
Choose your vehicle count and wash frequency. Once your recurring times are confirmed and your first payment is complete, we follow the agreed schedule. Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically. Your first visit includes a longer reset wash at no extra charge. If it needs a separate time, your regular timetable stays as chosen.
Can I change my schedule or pause?
Yes. Give us around 24 hours’ notice for schedule changes, which depend on available route space. An approved full pause stops washes and billing. After an extended pause, your previous time may no longer be available.
What if my car isn’t ready when you arrive?
We can wait for up to 10 minutes. If the car, access or utilities are unavailable, the affected service normally counts as used. If Foamy misses a visit, you can choose a replacement or equivalent wash credit. Credits are valid through the following billing cycle. Public holidays and official stop-work periods do not automatically receive a replacement or credit.
Is this suitable for SUVs and electric cars?
Yes. Normal passenger cars, SUVs and EVs share the same prices. Four or more cars need a custom household quote. Vans and vehicles larger than a normal SUV require a separate review.
What about pet hair or a very dirty car?
Tell us before the visit so we can allow the right time. Manageable pet hair or moderate additional work is AED 35. Heavy conditions needing about 30 to 45 extra minutes are AED 60. Any additional work is agreed first. Deep detailing, stain restoration and hazardous cleaning are not included.
How do payments and cancellations work?
Subscriptions are paid online in advance through Stripe. One-time washes are also paid online to confirm the booking. Prices include VAT; we do not take cash or bank transfers for service payments. There is no long-term subscription commitment. Voluntary mid-cycle cancellation normally has no refund; moving outside our service area qualifies for a refund of the unused prepaid portion.
How is the free trial different from my first wash?
The optional free trial is one standard inside-and-out wash per eligible new villa household, before subscribing. It does not start a billing cycle or use a subscription visit. If you subscribe without a trial, it cannot be claimed later. Your first subscription reset wash is included within your purchased visits.
